1. Eligibility
Players must sign up for a CoinPoker account using promotional code CE to be eligible for gameplay entry in this promotion. Free mail-in entry does not require a CoinPoker account.
Players must be 18 years of age or older, or meet the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction, whichever is older, and legally permitted to participate in online gaming in their jurisdiction when entering through CoinPoker gameplay.
Participation is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. It is each player's responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. Attempting to participate from an excluded jurisdiction through a VPN, proxy, or any other means of misrepresenting location is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
CoinPoker may verify a player's identity, age, location, and eligibility at any time and withhold or revoke any prize awarded to a player later found to be located in or resident of an excluded jurisdiction. Entrants must also be able to lawfully travel to Austin, Texas, participate in the competition, provide valid identification, and complete required verification.
Employees, officers, owners, and people directly involved in administering the Promotion, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM UTC through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. Qualifying gameplay must occur during this period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 1, 2026. The random drawing will take place on or soon after November 1, 2026. The Sponsors' records are the official timekeeping records.
3. How to Enter
A. CoinPoker Gameplay Entry
Create an eligible CoinPoker account using code CE, or use an existing account CoinPoker confirms is eligible, and play during the Promotion Period. All stakes are approved for qualifying No-Limit Texas Hold'em, Pot-Limit Omaha, and eligible CoinPoker table games, subject to applicable law and CoinPoker's Terms and Conditions. Each qualifying poker hand played earns one (1) entry. For eligible table games, entrants earn one (1) entry for each US$1 wagered. These entry rates apply only to verified qualifying gameplay during the Promotion Period. There is no numerical entry cap, subject to applicable law.
CoinPoker tracks qualifying activity and may remove entries tied to fraud, manipulated gameplay, bots, unauthorized automation, collusion, chip dumping, prohibited multi-accounting, false account information, location circumvention, or violations of its Terms and Conditions.

Each valid, legible, complete, separately mailed card receives one (1) entry. Multiple cards in one envelope count as one entry. Entries must meet the postmark and receipt deadlines. Free-entry limits and legally sufficient access relative to gameplay entries must be finalized before the Promotion is offered.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
CoinPoker will randomly select one (1) potential challenger from the combined pool of verified gameplay and mail-in entries using a documented, impartial process. Each entry is one chance; odds depend on the total eligible entries received and the number attributed to each entrant. Entry method does not affect selection.
The drawing awards the opportunity to compete and the associated travel package—not the $10,000 cash or Corvette. The potential challenger must complete eligibility verification and respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Verification may include identification, proof of age and residence, entry eligibility, travel availability, tax and participation documents, and a separately disclosed filming agreement. If the selected person is ineligible, declines, fails verification, or does not respond in time, CoinPoker may draw an alternate using the same process. No entry fee or poker buy-in is required.
5. Prize & Heads-Up Challenge
The verified challenger receives round-trip airfare to Austin, Texas, hotel accommodations for the designated competition period, reasonable event meals, reasonable local transportation, and entry into the match. Estimated travel value: $1,500 USD. Travel dates and restrictions will be disclosed and coordinated before acceptance. Travel is nontransferable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law or expressly permitted by the Sponsors. The challenger keeps the travel experience regardless of the match result.
The match is a best-of-five heads-up No-Limit Texas Hold'em series against Corey Eyring. The first player to win three games wins. Each game starts with 10,000 tournament chips per player; chips have no cash value. No wagers, buy-ins, rebuys, add-ons, or personal funds are required. Blinds rise every ten minutes through Level 12; Level 12 remains in effect until that game has a winner. Standard heads-up rules apply, the button alternates after each hand, and a tournament director oversees play and resolves match disputes.
Blind Structure
The following schedule applies to each game. Each game begins at Level 1; Levels 1–11 last ten (10) minutes each, and Level 12 is held until the game ends. Blind amounts are tournament chips, not money.

Conditional Prizes
If the challenger wins the series, the challenger receives $10,000 USD cash plus Corey Eyring's used 2008 Chevrolet Corvette C6, approximately 66,000 miles and estimated at $25,000. Combined estimated value: $35,000 USD. Both prizes are awarded together only if the challenger wins; if Corey wins, neither conditional prize is awarded. No substitution is permitted except as disclosed in the final rules and allowed by law.
The Corvette will be transferred through lawful title-transfer procedures in its disclosed condition. Vehicle delivery location: Austin, TX. The challenger must complete required ownership, registration, tax, and identification documents and is responsible for title, registration, taxes, vehicle transportation, and insurance, subject to applicable law. Vehicle transportation is separate from the local transportation included in the travel package.
6. Fair Play
All CoinPoker gameplay must follow CoinPoker's Terms and Conditions. Collusion, fraud, prohibited account sharing or multi-accounting, bots or unauthorized automation, chip dumping, artificially generated qualifying hands, false information, location circumvention, entry manipulation, and interference with the drawing or match are prohibited. The Sponsors may investigate and disqualify entries where justified by these rules and law. Both match participants follow the same published rules, and the outcome may not be manipulated or predetermined.
7. Publicity & Recording Consent
The match is intended to be filmed and published. Content may include travel, interviews, gameplay, reactions, results, prize presentation, and behind-the-scenes footage. Eyring Enterprise LLC may film, edit, and distribute this content on YouTube, social media, and other platforms.
The challenger may be asked to sign a separate appearance and publicity release. Any required consent and its effect on eligibility must comply with law and be disclosed before acceptance. Personal information will be used for Promotion administration, verification, notification, travel, the match, prize fulfillment, taxes, and legal compliance—not unrelated marketing unless permitted by law and separately agreed.
8. Sponsor Responsibilities
CoinPoker is responsible for account and gameplay verification, tracking and calculating gameplay entries, maintaining gameplay records, investigating prohibited gameplay, resolving gameplay-entry disputes, receiving verified mail-in entry data, and conducting the official drawing and any required alternate drawing.
Eyring Enterprise LLC is responsible for receiving, validating, recording, and maintaining mail-in entries; sending verified mail-in records to CoinPoker; arranging travel and accommodations; organizing the match; producing content; and fulfilling applicable cash and Corvette prizes.
Both Sponsors coordinate eligibility verification, notification, entry reconciliation, alternate selection, mail-in and selection disputes, fraud investigations, event administration, prize disputes, and participant communications. This division does not remove either Sponsor's legal obligations.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsors may investigate fraud or conduct that compromises the Promotion. Any suspension, modification, cancellation, or rescheduling must comply with law, protect existing participant rights, and provide a lawful and fair resolution. Sponsors may not arbitrarily reject valid entries, unlawfully change material terms retroactively, or fail to fulfill legally required prizes.
To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsors and their officers, employees, agents, and contractors are not liable for indirect or consequential participation-related losses. This does not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, statutory violations, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Texas law governs subject to mandatory participant rights. CoinPoker handles gameplay-entry disputes; both Sponsors coordinate mail-in and selection disputes; the tournament director decides live match disputes. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed only where the remaining rules can lawfully operate without materially changing the Promotion or removing mandatory rights.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, Google, or any other social media platform.
